I took an alternator fault to them, having used the garage a few times over the past 3 years or so. They replaced the part, which changed the fault but did not fix it. I took my car to the Fiat dealer who advised me to fit a Fiat part. Moto Elite agreed to fit a Fiat part and promised to pay out on warranty within a month if that worked. It worked just fine, but they refused to pay out on the warranty, even accusing me of not using the car as if they were monitoring my usage without even looking at the car. After 3 years of loyal custom I refuse to be treated like that and warm others to be very wary of Moto Elite.
